HOW DOES IT STILL EXIST??

Hello guys I hope you liked yesterday’s blog. My co-author is indeed a good writer and his some of the writings are well appreciated. Today we completed 2 weeks so I thank you guys for your support for this blog. So so so let’s get back to business now, today I have something very wise that will make you feel astonished and would let you say, “HOW DOES IT STILL EXIST??”

We live in 21st century and call ourselves “FREE” from any evils and activities that are restricted to be done. But you would be surprised to know that there still exist such people who do this and fall prey in such activities. The deadly three activities are listed below:

1.     DOWRY (DAHEJ OR BRIDE PRICE)

Dowry was initially started in India with a view of security to the girl. But after independence good rules were made against this system which are called ANTI-DOWRY rules. Dahej refers to the dowry that the family of the girls give to the family of the boys. Unfortunately the dowry system is quite prevalent and common across India today.
The effects of dowry system are many and varied but in almost all cases it is the girl’s side which has to face the repercussions while the boy’s side walks away from the issue unharmed, with their heads held high.
When demands for dowry are not met, the bride is subject to torture, and often even killed. Most of the dowry deaths occur when the young women, unable to bear the harassment and torture, commit suicide. Most of these suicides are by hanging oneself, poisoning or by fire. Sometimes the woman is killed by setting her on fire which is known as ‘bride burning’ and is disguised as accident to avoid criminal charges and punishment.

How ridiculous this can be right?? IF THE GUY TRULY LOVES THE GIRL OR ADMIRES HER, THEN HE WILL NEVER ASK FOR ANYTHING, EVEN IF HIS PARENTS FORCE HIM TO ASK.
SO GIRLS NEVER EVER MARRY A PERSON WHO ASKS FOR SUCH THINGS AS THEN THEY WOULD NEVER RESPECT YOU.

2.     CHILD MARRIAGE

According to thehindu..
Child marriage among girls is most common in South Asia and sub—Saharan Africa and India is among the top 10 countries with the highest rates of child marriage, UNICEF said in a report titled “Ending Child Marriage — Progress and prospects.”
“South Asia is home to almost half (42 per cent) of all child brides worldwide; India alone accounts for one third of the global total,” the report said.
Worldwide, more than 700 million women alive today were married as children or before their 18th birthday.
More than one in three — about 250 million — entered into union before age 15, the report said.
The 10 countries with the highest rates of child marriage are Niger, Bangladesh, Chad, Mali, Central African Republic, India, Guinea, Ethiopia, Burkina Faso and Nepal respectively.
Some marriages are even fixed at the time of the birth of the child.
CHILD MARRIAGE LEADS TO UNWANTED PROBLEMS, PRESSURE, MENTAL HARASSMENT AND MOST IMPORTANT LOSS OF FREEDOM OF YOUNG BOYS AND GIRLS. SO IF YOU SEE SUCH CASES DON’T LET IT HAPPEN ALSO DON’T FALL PREY YO IT.

“Girls are not property; they have the right to determine their destiny. When they do so, everyone benefits.”
3.     RACISM

Yes racism do exist in today’s world too. It’s not just the fight of Africans and Americans, not of only whites and blacks, it’s a fight of the entire society.
Racism is done in many ways, it could be on color, it could also be done on caste. In Australia, violent attacks against Indian students took place giving rise to racism.
The world wants to end racism, but still it EXISTS!!! WHY? I am sure if you ask yourself you would definitely get an answer!
Please do SHARE and let people realized what they thought is not existing now still EXISTS!!
Regards.
